Your contracting party

Your contract is with Graf zu Solms-Wildenfels Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Burgstraße 20, 30826 Schloss Ricklingen, Germany.

Booking and payment

The contract is concluded when you book. The stay is paid in full at the time of booking, by credit card, PayPal or the other means offered.

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory value added tax.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge until 24 hours before arrival. After that, and if you do not arrive, we charge 90 per cent of the total.

If we can let your unit to someone else, we credit that income against it. You are free to show that we suffered no loss, or a smaller one.

Right of withdrawal

Bookings of accommodation for a specific date are not subject to a statutory right of withdrawal (section 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code). The cancellation rules set out in these terms apply.

Trade fair and event periods

On the dates listed below, bookings are excluded from free cancellation. On cancellation and if you do not arrive, we charge 90 per cent of the total from the moment of booking.

If we can let your unit to someone else, we credit that income against it. You are free to show that we suffered no loss, or a smaller one.

The periods include the day of arrival and the day of departure. If your stay touches one of them, we point it out before you book.

Arrival and departure

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out until 10.30 am. A check-in from 1 pm for 20 euros and a check-out until noon for 25 euros can be added in the booking system, subject to availability. Access is through the key safe; you receive the code before arrival.

Occupancy

Units are intended for the number of people stated at booking. A third guest costs €70 per person per night, breakfast included. Stays can be booked from twelve years of age.

House rules

Quiet hours apply from 9 pm to 6 am. Smoking is outdoors only, in the marked areas. Pets are not permitted. A replacement key costs €15.

Liability

We are liable for property brought in under the statutory provisions, up to one hundred times the daily rate and no more than €2,500. For money, securities and valuables the statutory limits apply; a safe is provided in every unit.

Photography and filming

Commercial photography and filming on the grounds requires prior agreement and is subject to a fee. We will quote the rates on request.
