14 Schwarzer Schwan: the largest suite, right on the water.

The Schwarzer Schwan (black swan) is the largest unit at the Schlossresidenz: 250 m² in the pond house, with a fireplace, several rooms and a terrace in front of which the estate's black swans really do swim. The suite is intended for long stays and is currently let on a long-term basis.

The rooms

Sleeping and living area by the fireplace, a lounge and a sitting area, a kitchen looking outside, a dedicated workspace, two bathrooms and the terrace on the water.

Who it suits

Guests who are living near Hanover for a longer period and want the space of a villa, and anyone who would like to spend the evening by their own fireplace.

Why Schwarzer Schwan

The black swan comes from Australia, where it is the emblem of the state of Western Australia. Its plumage is almost entirely black, its bill bright red with a white band. In Europe it long stood for something that could not exist, until it was found. It is at home on the pond in front of this suite.

What is included

Parking in front of the door, free Wi-Fi, plus sauna, gym, tennis court, organic swimming pond and bicycles, as for all guests of the house. Pets are not permitted. Anything else you would like included in a long stay, we agree with you personally.
