Important information on trade fair periods and special regulations

The Schlossresidenz is a particularly popular accommodation during major trade fairs and events in Hanover. During these periods, we experience a significant increase in demand, comparable to vacation or public holiday periods. In order to provide our guests with a fair and reliable booking, special booking conditions therefore apply for certain trade fair periods.

Please note:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel during these busy periods, regardless of the selected rate. The flexible rebooking rate (Flex rate) cannot be offered in these cases either.

We ask for your understanding that we have to make this arrangement, as it is almost impossible to replace last-minute cancellations with new bookings during these times. This is the only way we can continue to ensure fair prices and reliable availability – even for our regular stays outside of trade fair times.
