The Schlossresidenz is a particularly popular accommodation during major trade fairs and events in Hanover. During these periods, we experience a significant increase in demand, comparable to vacation or public holiday periods. In order to provide our guests with a fair and reliable booking, special booking conditions therefore apply for certain trade fair periods. <\/p>\n

Please note:
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel during these busy periods, regardless of the selected rate. The flexible rebooking rate (Flex rate) cannot be offered in these cases either. <\/p>\n

We ask for your understanding that we have to make this arrangement, as it is almost impossible to replace last-minute cancellations with new bookings during these times. This is the only way we can continue to ensure fair prices and reliable availability – even for our regular stays outside of trade fair times. <\/p>\n
