Reception
We are always there for you – whether by telephone on 0173-9138081 or by ringing the bell at reception. Your wishes are important to us and we look forward to making your stay as pleasant as possible.
Check In & Key:
Your comfort is our top priority. Daily arrivals are possible until 8 pm – for later arrivals, our key safe is available around the clock. Simply let us know your arrival time and we will make sure that everything is ready for you. Your key card will be waiting for you securely in the entrance area. Use your personal PIN to open the safe and access your personal retreat at any time. You will receive all the details when you book.
Catering
Each booking always includes a rich breakfast buffet, which is served from 8 am to 10 am.
In the evening you have the choice:
Enjoy our exclusive castle buffet in the evening for only 25 € per person – with an unlimited selection of drinks, a warming soup, fresh vegetarian creations, fish or meat dishes and delicious desserts or discover one of the recommended restaurants in the region.
For maximum flexibility, all apartments are equipped with high-quality, fully equipped kitchens – so you can organize your stay according to your wishes.

Start your day with a breakfast – always included – that is worthy of a king. Our elegantly designed breakfast room welcomes you in an ambience full of charm and grace, adorned with fresh flowers from the castle park. Fresh eggs from our henhouse, refined into delicious scrambled eggs, accompanied by an exquisite selection of handmade breads and a wide variety of bread rolls await you every morning at the Schlossresidenz. Gluten-free delicacies are also catered for. Enjoy an abundance of fine yogurt and milk varieties, including lactose-free alternatives, and indulge in exquisite teas, fragrant cocoa and coffee specialties such as latte macchiato. Fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables, golden honey and other delicacies from the region and our own garden complete the royal breakfast experience.
